There’s nothing like warming up on cool fall nights with a spiced cocktail in hand around a fire! As we transition into the new season, we are welcoming back ciders and other fall flavors, and of course, to make them a tasty cocktail, we welcome back whiskeys and bourbons! So we created a super fall inspired cocktail, whiskey spiced apple cider…enjoy!

Whiskey Spiced Apple Cider

  • one part bourbon
  • one part FireBall
  • two parts spiced apple cider (recipe below!)
  • apple slices to garnish
  • ice

In a shaker, combine ice, bourbon, Fire Ball and apple cider, shake, pour into rocks glass over ice, enjoy!

Spiced Apple Cider Recipe

  • 5 cups apple cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

In a large pot, add cider and spices. Over medium heat, bring to boil then cover and let steep for one hour. Then let the cider completely cool. (You can throw it in the fridge to speed up the process!) Then strain cider into a carafe and it is ready to be used in your cocktail!
