The Taco Bell App is Here!

October 29, 2014 by Amanda Willis

Yesterday, the fast food chain Taco Bell took to their social media pages to announce the arrival of their online ordering app. And as two kids to spent our afternoons at the taco joint after high school, we were thrilled and had to learn more!

Giving away tiny details at a time via Instagram, Facebook, Tumbler and other social media platforms yesterday, Taco Bell unveiled that the new way to order our favorite grub is #OnlyInTheApp. A quick, free download and the app locates the nearest Taco Bell and gives you a plethora of menu items to choose from totally customizable.

That’s right,¬†totally¬† customizable. Everything from your Beefy 5-Layer burrito, Cheesy Gordita Crunch to my all time favorite Dorito Locos Tacos and more is hand crafted just for you! No beef, extra tomatoes, add gauc, hold the lettuce, sub beans, your Taco Bell favorites are made exactly how you want it.

Once you order from the #LiveMas App, you make your way to your local T-Bell, give the cashier your name and the taco team will start making your order fresh. No lines, no rambling off your long order, just a quick name exchange and your minutes away from your tasty snack. Taco Bell has always made their food to order, their tacos or quesadillas are not sitting in heated draws waiting to be ordered, giving the customer the freshest food possible. And that is no different for the app, which gives it bonus points in my book knowing my burrito isn’t sitting under a heat lamp once I click “order”. Another perk? Pay right from your phone using your debit, credit card or even a reloaded Taco Bell gift card.

The app asks for your name and email, offering to give up sweet deals as well. It will even remember your order and add it to your “favorites” list for even faster and easy ordering in the future. And that is how the Taco Bell App became my new best friend, we are sure it will be yours too!
