Recipe: Spring Blossom Cocktail
Spring is definitely in the air! And that is something to hold up our glasses to. We are mixing up, fresh, light and refreshing cocktails to enjoy with our extra hour of sunlight. Today we bring you our Spring Blossom, a delicous blend of ginger beer, fresh muddled mint, lemon and our favorite, tequila! The mint reminds us of the cold winter while the ginger and lemon are a pleasant welcome of the vernal equinox. So sit back, relax, call the girls over and get your shaker ready, the worst is over and brighter days are ahead. Cheers!!
Recipe: Spring Blossom Cocktails
- Two jiggers Tequila
- Four ounces of Ginger Beer
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Lemon Sliced
- Fresh Slices of Ginger
- Juice from One Lemon
Muddle together lemon, mint and ginger slices together in each glass. Fill with ice. Pour in tequila, ginger beer and juice from one lemon. Attach shaker to glass and give a good back and forth between shaker and glass. Once you feel the cocktail is well combined, pour into glasses, feel free to use a strainer if you don’t want the excess of the muddled mint and lemon floating in the drink.
