March 5, 2014 by Amanda Willis

Have lunch plans yet?

Our mother has been whipping up this scrumptious salad every week, so we had to share! As a featured app from our Holiday Soiree served in phyllo cups, we wanted to write a post again reiterating that fact that we live everyday of our live as a soiree! That is why we are constantly serving and pouring delicious ideas for you never live a bland moment. So treat yourself for lunch today, enjoy!

This is a super simple recipe that anyone could whip up. Great to bring to work with crackers, a midnight snack or even to serve to unexpected guests, your taste buds will thank you!

Shrimp Salad

1 bag of baby shrimp already cooked

2 stalks of celery, diced

1/ 4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Lemon zest from half a lemon

1/2 juiced lemon

Salt and Pepper

1 cup mayo

Your favorite crackers

Combine shrimp, celery, mayo and seasonings, refrigerate until ready to serve. For the dill and lemon to be the most flavorful, it is best to refrigerate over night before serving. Arrange crackers and let guests spoon their own salad on each, this will prevent the cracker from getting soggy  and no waste! The best part about this recipe is there is no fishy smell or taste, so feel free to bring some to the office!
