Serving up some of the tastiest cocktails around is Teak Restaurant in Red Bank. With over 20 unique cocktails on the menu, plus the extensive wine, beer and sake list, you will have a difficult time deciding what to order with your sushi! Teak is always changing up their cocktail menus too, mixing up seasonal drinks, rotating craft beers and introducing new wines to their customers. While there is much to choose from, we absolutely love the Pomegranate Mojito! And lucky for you guys, our pals at Red Bank Flavour, gave us the recipe to recreate this concoction right at home! Just in time for summer, you will be sipping these all day long by the pool! We know we’ll be!

The pomegranate mojito is light, refreshing and super tasty! I also made this drink by getting rid of the sugar and swapping out the white rum for spiced rum which enhances the flavor. I like how this recipe calls for club soda rather than Sprite which cuts down on the sweetness.
