How To: Reuben Dip
Nothing says Saint Patrick’s Day like a hearty reuben! To satisfy our friends craving for the classic, but still making it easy to serve at a party, we created mini reuben dip! See how we assemble it below!
What you will need
- Cooked corned beef, diced into cubes
- Russian Dressing
- Swiss Cheese
- Crackers, Chips or slices of rye bread
- Baking dish
Layer the sauerkraut, corned beed, russian dressing and swiss cheese however you like. Top with Swiss cheese, bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and serve with either crackers, chips or slices of rye, your choice!
