Bruschetta Bar

May 7, 2014 by Amanda Willis

Ever since we attended the SheKnows Expert Event, we have been dying to recreate the Bruschetta Bar they served to their guests. A bar filled with different types of breads, spreads and toppings, a fun idea to spice up a dinner with friends at home! Take a look at our DIY Bruschetta Bar!

TheSistersSoiree.comWe started the bar with three loaves of different bread, Italian, Multi-Grain and Everything. Brushed each side with basil parmesan olive oil and toasted each piece. Then we got creative with all the spreads and toppings! Everything from classic bruschcetta to salsas, hummus broccomole, sautéed veggies and more!

Our friends loved our bruschetta bar! And yes, we have been making them work for their meals lately (ie, Pizza Bar) but it is a fun way to get your friends together and share a meal. It is all about being creative and trying new things. Ashley and I are not the most formal ladies you’ll ever meet so we don’t want to bore our guests with a sit down dinner! We want our friends moving and grooving, and if that means break dancing while filling their plates, then so be it. :)

CHEERS!
